Palmera apartment

Modern & spacious 2-bedroom apartment with large private patio

Perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking space and privacy

Named after the large palm tree it faces, Palmera is a recently renovated 62m² apartment with a spectacular 70m² secluded outdoor patio overlooking the mature gardens of the estate. This comfortable, stylish, and fully equipped apartment accommodates up to 4-5 persons.

Stay: The minimum stay in this accommodation is 2 nights, except during the high season (June, July, August) when the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Living area: Spacious open-plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and seating lounge.  Dining table and four chairs, large sofa bed, two lounge chairs, ottoman/coffee table, TV cabinet with a large HD smart TV.

Bedrooms: There are 2 Bedrooms sleeping a total of 4 people as follows; one room with king-size double bed, and another room with 2 twin-size single beds. Each bedroom has Air-conditioning, privacy curtains, nightstands with reading lamps, and closets for suitcase and clothes. The bedroom with the double bed has an en-suite bathroom (described separately). *Use of the sofa bed for a fifth guest is subject to prior request, owner approval, and an additional fee.

Bathrooms: 2 fully equipped bathrooms, one is en-suite with the main bedroom, and the other one is independent. Both bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer, multiple towels, basic toiletries (hand soap at sink, body wash in shower), and the en-suite bathroom has a rack to hang towels/clothes.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge, oven, 2-burner stove top, microwave, Bosch coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all required cookware, utensils, and cutlery.

Storage room: Down the hallway of the apartment there is a storage room that contains the iron board and iron, a rack to dry wet clothes outside, and free bags for shopping. Next to the storage room you will find a washing machine.

Private outdoor space:  Direct access to a large (70m2) private and fenced-in outdoor space featuring a dining table, comfortable seating, a generous parasol, and garden.

Additional amenities: Villa Bonica can provide baby cots and highchairs free of charge.

Wi-Fi & Security: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout.  The central space of the apartment has a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm installed.

Parking & Access: Direct access to a private dedicated parking space, and easy access to the estate’s shared areas such as the pool, pergola, pétanque court, BBQ area, recreational field, fire pit, and gardens.
